Club rules should be posted by the range soon. There has been some inquiries on the “range closed” sign. If you happen to come to the club and the range closed sign is up, it may have inadvertently been left that way. The key is whether there are other cars there, if there are, people may be on the grounds and not visible. If no cars are present, and no events are scheduled, feel free to use the range.
