New Membership Requests
To apply for a new club membership, please fill out the Membership Request form to begin the process. Please submit it via mail to the address on this form, turn it in at a club event or scan and email it to the Secretary at piwpsc@gmail.com.
Membership Renewals Only
Use the Member Liability / Waiver form to renew your membership and provide a waiver. Life members are at membership capacity. If you want to get on the wait list please contact the Secretary.
